MERC Adventure Activities

Sailing
Find that hidden leader in your team, get your team Communicating and give them a bit of Healthy Competition. Our experienced instructors will teach you and your team how to rig a boat, sailing techniques and the rules of the MERC Sailing Adventuressea, then sail to Rangitoto, or have an in-house Regatta.

Kayaking
While you learn the fundamentals of Kayaking and enjoy a bit of Team Bonding you and your team can learn Humility, Planning and some group co ordination while out on the water. Join us for a Kayaking Mission to Rangitoto, or just enjoy a scenic paddle around Long Bay, with some cool activities thrown in. 

Canadian Canoeing
Let us take you out in our 8 canadian canoes. We will tie your canoes together in groups and show you how to work as a team. Those that don't, may have to take a dip.


Tramping
Take your team outside their comfort zone and get them learning in a different way. Let our knowledgeable and experienced instructors take you to places you didn’t even know existed and show your team the importance of Communication and Co-operation.

Mountain Biking
As well as having a bit of fun on our new Mountain Bikes, get your team working together and trusting each other at the same time. Join us on the trails in Woodhill Forest..

Remember all our adventure activities can be combined into multi day activities to maximise your teams learning.
